Week One


79 Training Days - Spartan Super

Spartan ready!  Here I come!

Today I started with a morning cocktail
  • 1/2 Pineapple-keep the rind
  • 5 broccoli florets
  • 1 lemon
Then off to Kickboxing - Get it girl...get it get it get it GIRL!

Snack
  • 5 Carrots
  • 1/2 Pineapple - keep the rind
  • 2 Green apples

In between husband, son, and job my agenda for the next 79 days will look a something like this.

Juicing.
Kickboxing.
           Bananas.
